Would go back to my 5 star rating...But...

PLEASE fix it so I can play Tiny Zoo on my iPad mini2! I cant even get my game back onto my iphone & customer service stopped responded to my emails. What happened, Tiny Co.?
2+ years of playing and im stuck @ level 77 with over 700 bucks and i havent been able to play in months and months!!! It was just starting to be more fun! PLEASE FIX THIS! PLEASE RESPOND TO EMAILS!
