Not Cool

I changed phones and the AT&T rep made sure to download this App.
When I open it the game doesnt have the border all the way around and when I collect coins by tapping the bank...not all coins collect as well as going to the baby zoo. When opening the baby zoo the game closes and goes right back to the score as it was before I collected.
Ive tried deleting and re installing.... Same thing. I was told to wait a few days and try again....same thing. I have waited a few months....same thing!!
NOT COOL as I was to level 72!!!
